To get in touch with Q24U, I had to email three times. But once contact was made, the order arrived fairly quickly, within 2 weeks. The items were well packaged, and I am very satisfied with this.

Poor service, I ordered a part for Christmas and found out on Monday that it was no longer needed. I emailed immediately, so in principle, it should have been canceled within 2 working days, but it was no longer possible to cancel. I only found out on Wednesday afternoon that the part had arrived. It was canceled, but I still have to pay 20!!! euros in shipping costs. I was told that there are 2x 9 euros in shipping costs, while in an earlier email it was stated that after paying the shipping costs, I could keep the part. So I assume there should only be 1x shipping cost. Ridiculous, I will never order from here again.
