The owner knows nothing about his own business and lies triumphantly in the customer's face about the situation during shipping. He sends shipping confirmations without the package actually being sent and then shifts the blame to the transport company, even when there is black-and-white evidence to the contrary. The standard response "We cannot guarantee final delivery because we are also dependent on other parties" does not apply, as I have black-and-white evidence that the package had not been sent at all at the time I received the shipping confirmation. Moreover, I still have the email in which the owner knowingly lies multiple times and unjustly shifts the blame onto the shipping company. After I sent him proof of his lies, I never heard from him again, but of course, there was a response to this review within an hour.

Delivery could be a bit faster.
