The order was delivered on time as agreed. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the device to work. I returned it. The return form had to be filled out online. There was no return label included. The shipping was free, but I had to pay for the return costs. The money for the returned device was in my account within three days, very neat.

I received the wrong keyboard three times, twice from replacedirect.nl and once from viadennis.nl. Then I ordered from Q24U, it was delivered the next day and was exactly what I needed. Fast delivery and a clear website.

I ordered an LCD screen with a 40-pin connector from ReplaceDirect.nl for my Lenovo laptop. After waiting two weeks, I finally received the screen. However, it turned out that the connector was not in the correct position. According to ReplaceDirect.nl, this was not available as new/generic for my laptop, only as refurbished, and they could not provide it. Then I ordered a generic screen from Q24U. I placed the order in the evening, and it arrived the next day. Absolutely fantastic!!
