    Product delivered but unfortunately with a small defect. The invoice states to email, but there is no response. On the phone, a grumpy-sounding man pointed me to the return button on the site. Fine, I will arrange it through the site. Again, no response. Absolutely poor aftersales service. I have since just fixed the problem (a defective key on a keyboard) myself. The thing works, so that's fine.
