I bought a 2.5" HD enclosure with a USB 2.0 connection for a very reasonable price. At first, I was very disappointed with the transfer speed (10KB/sec), and a phone call to the shop only resulted in the advice to return it. There was no option to send a second one for comparison. In hindsight, it turns out that the speed is highly dependent on the length of the files, and at times I even reached 500KB/sec.
A good and fast service, and without any problems.

The delivery took a week, which felt too long to me. The delivered product functions well, but it clearly receives a failing grade in terms of design.
