Smooth process

For the first time, I ordered from Q24U, having always ordered from another shop before, but this one had free shipping, so I thought I'd give it a try. Delivery time was fine; I ordered yesterday and received it today. It's a bit unfortunate that a keyboard was stuffed into an envelope. The keyboard has three protruding tabs on the back, and two of them were broken off. I called, and they said to return it, but I could also just assemble it myself, and I would still have a warranty and wouldn't notice anything. Well, I thought I'd just assemble it that way, but now two screws can't be tightened, so the keyboard isn't secured properly; it wobbles, and one of the locking tabs at the top was already broken off, probably due to rough handling during shipping. It's all nice and well to offer free shipping, but they should just use package shipping instead. It doesn't make any sense; I have a mailbox on my gate, and the keyboard doesn't even fit in it due to its length. Anyway, I've now taken it out of the packaging, so returning it is no longer an option. This was a one-time experience, and I won't be ordering from here again.
