The product comes with illegal software on DVD. It's a nightmare to install it on Windows 7 64-bit; I couldn't manage it. I have now used an old laptop with Windows XP, and it works much better with that. However, it still remains a huge mess to get it up and running.

Very quick response to emails and accurate assistance. I have asked this store several times via email to order something for me instead of ordering it myself online (I couldn't find it quickly myself), and it was done nicely. I also had a problem with an ordered product once, which was resolved very quickly. Very good.

The screen (digitizer) of my tablet has been replaced, but the quality is poor. There are dots and lines on the screen. I contacted them and now I have to incur costs again to send it back, and they will only check if they will do anything about it. The service has been lacking so far.
