I bought a Packard Bell netbook a while ago and gave it to a student in Africa. Last year, a few letters on the keyboard stopped working, so I ordered a new keyboard. Despite the fact that the code on the keyboard in the netbook is the same as on the website, it is too large for the computer. It is now sitting in the cupboard because I can't do anything with it.
