The delivery went perfectly, the battery fits perfectly in the device; however, it is not charging. The battery is now at 0% (the power is connected, the battery is supposed to be charging), but in reality, the battery is not charging at all. According to the HP battery test, the battery is 100% fine, but it still does not charge.
The items I sent were delivered within one day, but I was less satisfied with the quality of the items. I contacted a staff member who went on-site to test them and reported that everything worked fine for him. However, it did not work for me at all. It was agreed that I would try to get the items working, but to no avail. This concerns enclosures for 2.5-inch laptop hard drives for S-ATA-IDE.
Order returned, did not meet my expectations. Quick communication with the seller, refund processed quickly. I wasn't worried about that since the transaction was done via PayPal.
