Poor service, I ordered a part for Christmas and found out on Monday that it was no longer needed. I emailed immediately, so in principle, it should have been canceled within 2 working days, but it was no longer possible to cancel. I only found out on Wednesday afternoon that the part had arrived. It was canceled, but I still have to pay 20!!! euros in shipping costs. I was told that there are 2x 9 euros in shipping costs, while in an earlier email it was stated that after paying the shipping costs, I could keep the part. So I assume there should only be 1x shipping cost. Ridiculous, I will never order from here again.

Good service and information :) It's a pity that as a business customer you can't arrange for discounts or different purchase prices.

Poor communication regarding delivery, not at home, immediate delivery at a DoD point with an unclear note in the mailbox. You still have to take your car to pick up the package 3 km away!
