After contacting them by phone, I found a screen for my laptop. I had called several stores. Prices were a bit higher and they were out of stock. After payment, it was delivered the next day. Upon arrival, it turned out that the new screen was 5 mm too wide. After a phone consultation, it became clear that the laptop was not correctly listed in the specs from Q24U's supplier. It was not the store's fault. Exchanging it was no problem at all.
The product wasn't quite right, I adjusted it myself to get it working.
The delivery of the keyboard was immediate, so very fast. The product turned out to have two defective keys. The customer service immediately sent a new one while the first one has not yet been returned. Great service!
