My product is not what was described; the battery was supposed to last 3 hours, and I have charged it for 2 days and still nothing. It is not what I expected.

I ordered a keyboard, but the courier attempted to deliver the parcel three times without success, so they returned the keyboard to the sender (Q24U). I contacted Mr. Robert, and he sent the keyboard again with a different courier, which has now been received. Big respect for the cooperation.

I cannot give a proper review yet. I bought a refurbished laptop screen. The screen was well packaged. However, when I connected the screen today, it turns out that the screen is unfortunately broken as well. I will wait for the further warranty process to be resolved before I can give a proper review. This is, by the way, my first purchase at Q24U.
