I placed an order through the webshop for an Asus BTR1100FK mini laptop. The price was quite good; however, the communication from Q24U was lacking, or rather, non-existent. I did not receive a confirmation email for the order, even though I checked the box to create an account, which was not done. There was no notification that the laptop had been shipped. In short, it was a good price for this product, but the communication could have been better, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. The laptop itself was in good condition, everything functional with fresh Windows 11 installed. I immediately replaced it with Linux by installing an NVMe module because Windows really does not run well on this laptop.

I ordered a refurbished Lenovo desktop. The price was favorable. The device was very neat and showed little signs of use. Extra memory was installed as requested. The desktop worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

While searching for the hard-to-find refurbished laptop/tablet, I came across the Q24U website. I quickly got in touch and chose to drive to Gorinchem on Saturday. The owner/manager came to the store with his little daughter to assist me.
