I ordered a battery on Saturday and unfortunately did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order. I was really wondering if the order had gone through; I was planning to call on Monday to check if it had been successful. That was not very pleasant.

I ordered a screen for my laptop. It took a little while, but that was mentioned at the time of ordering. The screen was delivered very well packaged. So, everything is fine; it was delivered as agreed.
Delivered quickly, although the tracking indicated a day earlier than the actual delivery (it said Monday, delivery was Tuesday). Product received in good condition and found to be technically sound after assembly :)
