Ordered a keyboard and assembled it on the laptop. It turns out that the Shift key is broken! I called customer service and explained this, but they say that a key can never be broken!! In other words, buying is fine, but warranty and providing a bit of service are not in Q24U's vocabulary. This will also be my last order!
