I ordered an installation CD for an op-com, but it arrived broken. I did receive a download link, but I couldn't get it to work no matter how hard I tried. It's probably cheap Chinese junk; I could have ordered it myself from Geek and would have spent half the money. This junk is going straight to the trash—what a waste of money.

If you want to call them, you won't get heard no matter how many times you call in a day; you are referred to email. However, due to PostNL, the package ended up in someone else's mailbox. I received the package from that person and then returned it properly.

I ordered a keyboard for my laptop, and it arrived well packaged through the mailbox. It was exactly the right one, so I no longer have to type with a USB keyboard. Great!
