Everything is fine and very fast delivery!

Once again, I placed an order, this time for a record puck, a Clearaudio Record Clamp. It was delivered neatly within 24 hours. With this record puck on my Thorens TD160, you get a very tight, robust, and wide stereo image. Simply beautiful.

Not only did I pay a good price for two items I wanted - due to a combo offer - but they were also neatly packaged and arrived the next day as promised. It's a bit unfortunate that the 5% discount I get offered almost every visit only applies from 50 euros excluding VAT. Normally, such a discount is simply applied to the amount due (excluding shipping costs). This time, I just didn't reach that amount. But well, what are we talking about, 2.50... very satisfied and I will definitely return!

Within 1 day. Everything was fine. I did have to sprint after the doorbell rang. The delivery workers are severely underpaid and therefore have little patience.

Ordered the product in the evening, and it was already at home before noon! The product was also very carefully packaged!
