THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE! This was my first order with HI-Stands. I ordered late in the afternoon, and it arrived early the next afternoon. Very considerate: something was unexpectedly out of stock, and HI-Stands called to ask if a more expensive alternative could be delivered (the extra cost was covered by HI-Stands....) Highly recommended!

One of the products did not meet my expectations. The ordered spike feet were smaller than expected. Upon closer inspection, there were no dimensions listed for the product. I might return these after all.
