    Good quality products. Delivery always good. And the extra personal service. Questions are always answered: sometimes by phone; sometimes by email. Once I accidentally placed an order twice (many weeks apart) and did not know it. The Lang Store called me about it to double-check and thereafter had no problem cancelling the order I did not want.
