After initially receiving a part that had minor damages, presumably B-grade, a very good part was delivered quickly after my complaint. There was a polite apology from the management. The communication was friendly and constructive. I am very satisfied with the parts I now have. I deducted one star for the inadequate quality of the initial delivery (as mentioned above).
