Regarding the environmental damage caused by a double shipment, it is true that a double environmental impact has been assessed for your package. However, I will explain why this was much less harmful to the environment. Transport damage cannot always be prevented, and as we saw in the photos, it arrived damaged because the entire box was dented and damaged. This happens in 1 out of 100 packages, and if we wanted to prevent this, we would have needed almost 1.5 times as much packaging material. A larger box, more Styrofoam, more foam peanuts. Since only about 1 in 100 arrives damaged, it is significantly more harmful to the environment. In this case, packaging material for 150 packages would be needed to ship 100 packages. Now we only need packaging material for 101 packages to ship 100 packages (which arrive in good condition to the customer). In your case, therefore, there was environmental damage twice, but overall, a lot of environmental damage is actually saved.
