Dear Mr. van den Broek, Thank you for your review. Drain plugs are more of a service product for us that we sell with our washbasins. Of course, we sometimes sell them separately as well, and they are (unjustly) packaged just as well as all our very fragile natural stone products. For these products, this is certainly very important, as they often arrive broken, which is also burdensome for the environment. However, I must agree that a separate drain plug can be packaged less securely. It's a matter of the packer's habit, so to speak. The box in which your drain plug was placed is the smallest we have, measuring 30x22x20 cm, and is still too large for a single drain plug, but it is certainly not a box of 50x40x40 cm, which would be truly absurd. We will look into whether we can add a smaller box to our assortment for the rare occasions when we sell a drain plug separately. Kind regards, IndoMarmer
