Wigli

I have tried several wobble stools: the Stit from Lavabird, the saddle stool from Wobblez, and the Wigli. I kept the Wigli and returned the rest. The Wobblez with the saddle was comfortable, but the saddle was so incredibly hard that I could only sit on it for a maximum of 20 minutes before I got painful 'wooden butt'. I just couldn't get used to that. The Stit was very comfortable, but you can find a kind of balance in it that makes you lean a lot into your 'back'. The Wigli is the only one where you really have to sit up straight. The seat wobbles a lot. It took some getting used to at first, but I genuinely sit better now. I find the seat quite hard, but a model with a softer seat will be available soon... then it will be absolutely perfect. I have contacted them about the hard seat, and I can pay a little extra and exchange my current demo model for the new model. Super!

Why am I so enthusiastic about Wigli? Because the stool is both ergonomically strong and simply beautiful. It stands in the middle of my living room, so that was a requirement.
