PostNL has provided feedback stating: "[...]The driver indicates that he delivered the shipment at the address[...]". Just as the Track & Trace information also indicates. That does not mean that I fully understand that your story may be sincere. And I certainly understand that you feel very offended. That is certainly not our intention. But I hope you also understand that it seems to us that the same package has been delivered twice for which only one payment was made. We resent the second shipment at our own expense. Since the outcome of the investigation was that delivery did indeed occur, we will not be refunding that order. I believe this is the most fitting solution for this impasse. You have now paid once for one received shipment, and we have not earned anything, and you did not have to pay for a return shipment. Hopefully, we can assist you again in the future.
