Super fast delivery and it's always nice to receive a personal message with the order. Furthermore, a discreet delivery as always, great!

I visited the store for the first time, and after expressing that I felt a bit anxious, the lady assured me that there was no need for that and that she would help me. Although I still found it a bit nerve-wracking to mention certain terms when she asked about them and to provide answers, the tension did come up (silly, right?). In the end, I was helped very well by the lady in the store; she knew exactly what to do and also gave me good advice. I left satisfied and successful, and if I explore this area further, I will definitely return.

The product was not in stock at one store, and I was nicely informed that there are two shipments on the way, both via email and with a note in the first box. Everything was neatly packaged and delivered on time 👍

Ordered and despite living in Belgium, the delivery was very fast! I even received a message from Mark about the packaging being discolored. If you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have noticed it ;). But great service and the product? Very positive feedback so far! 5/5 would buy again.
