At first, my order was not processed correctly, and I received one of my items as requested, while the rest were not what I listed. It took only one email for the team to respond positively, directly offering to send the correct items at no cost while asking me to keep the ones I had already received. If you ask me, this is customer service at level A1+. I will surely come back to Euphoria. Thank you, team... I am a very satisfied customer.
