    Excellent price. Knowledgeable WRT product. I purchased a ~$5000 Time bicycle, and the entire process was seamless. I purchased the bicycle from them after talking to one of their sales people by phone. This was a truly international transaction, as I was in USA, CycleX in The Netherlands, and of course Time in France. As I said, seamless transaction. A couple of years later I had a warranty issue with the Time fork, and after contacting Time for info required I realized I did not have the sales receipt. I contacted CycleX and they found the receipt and emailed it to me and Time honored the warranty. Excellent products. Excellent service. Experienced and trustworthy international seller.
