Clear website, quick responses in the chat, I was able to pick it up. Frans is a nice guy, so I highly recommend it.

Everything is fine when you place an order, but oh dear if something goes wrong! I did not receive my package, had one rude response to my email from seller Frank, and then nothing more. They categorically refused to refund the lost package, I spent 10 weeks dealing with this and ultimately had to escalate a PayPal complaint to a claim to get my money back. In the meantime, I had already contacted DPD and it turned out that the seller had already received a refund! The brands they sell can also be found (often cheaper) on Amazon, where you do get service and warranty. Note: on Bol it is the same seller, so avoid that as well! Also, take a look at the other reviews.
