Everything is fine, no problems encountered.

I ordered a DAC, which was listed as in stock on the webshop. A few days later, I received a confirmation and even a tracking number/shipping receipt. Five minutes later, out of nowhere, I got an email saying that the order was canceled without any information or explanation. I sent an email asking what was going on. It turned out it was not in stock, which can happen, but they should inform me instead of just canceling the order and not updating the site. I received an offer that perhaps another DAC would also be a good alternative, but the gentleman didn't even know if that one was in stock either. Strange proceedings... The out-of-stock DAC is still listed as in stock on the site. Unfortunately, communication and clarity are not their strong points. Am I going to order anything here again? I'm afraid not...
