Very disappointing. Some time ago, I ordered a turntable cartridge and returned it because I was not satisfied. The return conditions of this webshop stated that cartridges cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. This is incorrect according to Dutch law. You can simply return items according to the applicable law, which we also have to adhere to, but NOT if they have been used. You have the same options and rights as in a regular store; you wouldn't first take items out of the packaging, assemble them on turntables, and listen to them there.
