Correct prices but especially very good service!

Fast delivery and good price.

The product was not available; the online stock did not match the stock in the warehouse, which can happen, no problem. However, there was no initiative to refund me. The initiative had to come from me. In my opinion, if you do not deliver, you should take the initiative to find a solution. If the expectation is set: ordered today, shipped tomorrow, then you are not meeting that expectation. In that case, a message from you stating that it won't be possible and suggesting a possible solution would be appropriate. Other online stores can do that too. I placed my order on January 2nd. On January 3rd, I received a message suggesting that the item had been shipped and that the order was completed. Not true! Therefore, on January 6th, I contacted the store. The item had not been shipped but was lost in the store's warehouse. They had to search for it. After that, it went quiet. So, on January 11th, I emailed again asking whether it could be shipped or refunded. Then, on January 12th, the money was credited back to my account. Each time, the initiative had to come from me. This can be much better! A store should have a system in place that ensures the client that the items will be delivered as described on the site. And if that doesn't work out, they should take the initiative themselves.
