The item had not been shipped but was lost in the store's warehouse. They had to search for it. After that, it went quiet. So, on January 11th, I emailed again asking whether it could be shipped or refunded. Then, on January 12th, the money was credited back to my account. Each time, the initiative had to come from me. This can be much better! A store should have a system in place that ensures the client that the items will be delivered as described on the site. And if that doesn't work out, they should take the initiative themselves.
