Great assortment with good prices. Contact with customer service was also fine. The only reason for that is; their carrier apparently cannot handle the parcel locker. Or whether the package can be sent to my home address. So that means staying at home, but not really. Because the package has been 'on its way to the depot' since last Thursday… via DPD. Next time, I will order from Amazon for a few euros more; it will arrive the same day or at most the next day. Waiting almost a week for your package is simply unacceptable. -edit, response to review- I understand that you use a carrier, over which you may not have full control, but your website states the following: "ordered before 17:00, shipped today Mon/Fri." This is reiterated during the ordering process. This creates the expectation that if I place an order around 15:00 on Thursday, I will receive the package promptly. Yesterday afternoon (Sunday), the invitation for the review arrived, while the package status had already indicated 'on its way to the depot' for three days. There was no further communication regarding delays or expectations for when the package would be delivered. Anyway, you asked for my opinion, and it is mediocre, purely based on the expectation set regarding delivery versus what actually happened. Let's just say this is an incident. That should balance out in the results. If not, take another critical look at the delivery process. You have 100% influence over this.
