    I received an incorrect DAC, namely the Gustard R26. Mistakes can happen quickly; however, I called, emailed, chatted, and created a ticket. But I received zero response. Eventually, I returned the DAC. Almost a week later, I finally got a response. Then we made some concrete arrangements, and the correct DAC was sent out. I received it today.
