Good advice, very good communication!

The shipping via DHL was once again the usual drama with DHL. According to the DHL track & trace system, the package was ready for pickup at the service point. Not so. The next day, the package suddenly arrived 'in your area' again. It stayed that way for 4 working days and a weekend. Until HiFiStudio79 inquired with DHL. Then the package suddenly started moving again. The package was supposedly 'refused by me and returned to the sorting center.' The next day, the package indeed went 'back to sender.' Initially, I was disappointed with HiFiStudio79. Why does HiFiStudio79 choose such a 'mega incompetent' company like DHL? In the past, two packages had already disappeared without a trace in the hands of DHL. Never found again. However, it turns out that DHL is an uncontrollable, dramatically incompetent company not only for consumers but also for businesses. Ultimately, HiFiStudio79 resolved the DHL drama very well. The next day, I still had the product at home. So, it was excellently resolved by HiFiStudio79. 5 stars.

Order was handled neatly. I forgot to include the house number. After sending an email and providing the additional information, everything was arranged properly. It's a pity that there is no phone number available to reach them.
