It took a very long time for the package to arrive. Information about it only came after I inquired.

The cable was delivered the next day, great. The plugs were not in stock, but fortunately, they were delivered after two days via the importer. I was informed about this via email.
I recently purchased a Nagaoka MP-110 cartridge from HiFi 79 Studio. When it arrived, I noticed that the stylus was riding unusually low, so I contacted them about a possible defect. While we did not fully agree on the cause of the issue, they handled my case with professionalism and care. They took the cartridge seriously, sent it for inspection, and ultimately arranged a replacement as a goodwill gesture, even though the warranty claim was disputed. The new cartridge arrived quickly, and I installed the stylus in exactly the same way as the first one — this time it performed perfectly.
