Not enough experience yet to give a definitive opinion. With my first order, they sent the wrong product. Delivery was very fast, though. I can't say much more. Update: Everything was sorted out for me to receive my item. Overall, it went smoothly. However, the communication regarding the status of the return and exchange could have been better. Other than that, good service.
