When ordering a Topping D50s, I contacted them via email. The response came within the hour, and due to the excellent service, I quickly had the DAC at home. I am also very satisfied with the DAC itself!

I have to thank Miss Astrid for her professionalism in resolving my mistake. The TOPPING D90 DAC arrived very well packed and quickly. I would say it's perfect... I integrated the DAC (pure) into a system with: MAC BOOK PRO, AUDIRVANA, LINN audio, consisting of a preamp and three amplifiers working in tri-amplification, along with LINN speakers... I must say it sounds great. I've tried other high-end converters (borrowed from friends) that are expensive, heavy, and well-known. A friend let me try the D90 Topping, and I fell in love with it. At the moment, it replaces a converter worth over 3000 euros, and I don't regret it at all; on the contrary... the Topping is better, and not just slightly. Don't be fooled by its size; the product is exceptional as long as you use it via USB and know how to set up the audio programs correctly. Thanks again for the professional, courteous, and accurate service.
