The purchased amplifier was no longer available. The refund of the incorrectly paid amount took more than a week. Communication via email was in poor Dutch and not very friendly in tone. Moreover, the unavailable amplifier is still being offered on the website, which is very careless and negligent.

I purchased an Ortofon cartridge with an Edwards turntable. The combination could be easily assembled, and the cartridge was already installed on the turntable. Very satisfied, I tried in vain to order a hi-fi cabinet urgently from other companies. At 2 other places, I was kept waiting for a long time, only to find out that the cabinets were not available.
