Paid items never delivered.

I placed my order one day and the next day my Grado cartridge arrived. It was well packaged and at a very competitive price! Excellent service!!

Good service, there is simply nothing to criticize.

Very satisfied, ordered via email on Tuesday, received it on Thursday. Sharp prices (nowhere else this cheap!!) However, there is a phone number listed where no one answers. (minor issue) Furthermore, there is a lot of choice on the website, keep it up. ONLY! The aftersales service has proven to be worthless, slow in responses and delays, not great.

Almost 2 months ago, I bought speakers (Melodika bl30) in their store. It turned out to be a slightly damaged display model. The owner was sick, and his mother handled the sale. Since she didn't know how the printer worked, I was told I would receive the receipt and warranty via email. The spikes were also supposed to be delivered later. After many calls (they don't answer) and leaving messages, I still haven't received a response. Not via email either. I've also stood in front of the store multiple times, but it was always closed. I have been to their store several times in the past, and the service was good back then. Now, the store seems abandoned. What a shame. By the way, the speakers sound perfect.
