Almost okay. One small item (Ortofon stylus scale) was supposed to be sent later, but I haven't seen it yet. In hindsight, it turned out that the same stylus scale was already included with the cartridge, so I ordered the stylus scale unnecessarily. But I did pay for it... The packaging was a wine box with open handles. I find that a bit risky with an expensive Ortofon cartridge inside. Fortunately, nothing fell out (or was taken out).

Good site, clear layout. Shipping is fast and neatly packaged. With past orders; if it took longer, you would receive an email. In short; personal and reliable.
