I ordered a headshell twice and had to request a refund both times because there was no delivery after 5 days. There was no proactive approach and no explanatory email after the cancellation. The items were still listed as in stock. Even while editing this review, they still are. The refund was quick, but I had to ask for it myself.
Order placed after notification that the item was available again, but after placing the order, there was no feedback about the delivery time (I was under the impression that it would be shipped quickly). After about a week, I reached out and was informed that it was on its way. That was indeed the case. Delivery is complete, and the component has been installed and sounds great. I have upgraded from the DL-103 (about 12 years old) to the DL-103r. There isn't a huge difference, but it is subtly different. It still needs to be broken in.
