I purchased an AUDIO-TECHNICA AT-VM95ML cartridge from HI-Fi Studio, and it turned out to be on backorder. I received immediate notification that they would do their utmost to deliver the ML95 as quickly as possible, and they did. It was a pleasant experience, so I would recommend this HI-Fi studio to everyone.

Service is okay, but a bit more information about delivery times and a response to an email would be appreciated.

I was very enthusiastic when I bought my first turntable here and clearly indicated that it had to be the version with a built-in amplifier. After receiving it, it turns out to be the wrong version without an amplifier, and the employee stated that it was their last piece and had no alternative. You expect a company to have expertise in the field of sound, but that is sorely lacking here. The product is being returned, and after 15 days, I still haven't received my money back! It's really disappointing that I have to put so much effort into nonsense. Go to Hifi Klubben!
Top, I should have purchased it earlier although my AT91E wasn't bad either. But still, this VM95EN performs really well. I still need to let it play for a few more hours.
