Prompt delivery

I ordered a product on Tuesday with the 1-2 business days delivery option from PostNL. By Saturday, I still hadn't received anything. I tried to find out what was going on via the chat. In response, I was told that they are closed on Saturday and that I should just send an email. This is not the service I am used to from other stores. I hoped that something would be done on Monday through the chat, but unfortunately not. On Wednesday, I took the initiative to contact them myself. They said they would look into it because they are in the process of moving, which I don't consider an excuse! Finally, on Thursday, I received a shipping confirmation, but without any further response from the company. After more than a week, despite choosing the PostNL shipping (the more expensive option), the product is finally on its way, without any apologies or further communication. This was a one-time experience for me, and I will not be returning.
