As promised: delivered quickly, very well packaged, and moreover, competitively priced (which is a nice bonus in these expensive times and with this rather costly hobby). Thank you! I haven't used the Vinyl Record Cleaner yet - I first need to finish my old stock (Knosti - the last bottle has now been opened).

Review adjusted. Items still not received after 10 days, there were holidays and the webshop was closed in between. The response seemed to take a while, but they are now responding properly. They are going to investigate where the package has gone. The problem seems to be with DPD at this point. I also let myself be influenced a bit by other reviews. So just a little more patience.

Super assortment, shipping took a few days and there wasn't communication three times a day about it, refreshing!
