I have ordered a Nagaoko MM Pickup that was offered for a very good price at the webshop of Hifistudio 79, payed with paypal. But Hifistudio 79 sent me only a stylus not a complete system. Hifistudio 79 told me after severel emails that the good price was given by THEIR mistake. Very Slow Communication. Not recommended by me

Prima service en duidelijke communicatie. Ik heb echt goed advies gekregen bij het uitkiezen van een draaitafel en phono pre. De afhandeling en levering verliep vlot. Ook mijn tweede bestelling verliep vlot.

Dear sir, First of all your refund is already send days ago and was transfered from our acount last week and in EU transfer is already on your bankaccount. We have proof of the refund, so this is absolutely not true!! But when you order through paypal and make a claim we can only send back the total amount of the order and not more than that. We gave you a choice how to pay back the shippingcost you made. You paid through paypal and we paid back with banktransfer for your service. It was a fault on the price, but more than 60% off from the normal price, it is sometimes to good to be true and always better to inform. But this is our fault, but no one is flawless. We gave a full refund and paid your shippingcost back. so in this way a good customer service in what we could do afterwards. There can always be made a mistake but saying you are still waiting on a refund is not true.

Zeer snelle levering terwijl er bij het geleverde product een verzendtijd was van 1 à 2 weken.
