Ordered TOPPING D70PRO ES9039SPRO - Black on 25/10. On 27/10 order 76018 ready for shipment received message from DPD shipping number 05222387344713 "ready for shipment". Still haven't received anything and there has been no change in tracking since then. Tracking details 27.10.2025, 12:22 Package data processed. Nothing more. Also no response from the company after I contacted them by email!!

Dear Philippe, We are open to honest feedback and reviews. However, on the day of shipment, we sent you an email informing you that there was unfortunately a stock mistake, and the Octo version was mistakenly counted as the Sabre version. In that same email, we immediately offered you multiple options: a refund, a silver version instead of black, or to wait for new stock that will arrive in 1-2 weeks with a discount on the product. However, you did not respond until today after we forwarded you our email that we did indeed contacted you. Now you did see that we contacted you but keep the negative review is in that regards not fair.... We fully welcome honest reviews, also if we provide a poor service, but what you’re claiming is not true. Please understand that customers base their decisions on reviews from others, and the way you’re presenting us doesn’t reflect that. Best regards, Hifistudio79
