De kabel was de volgende dag bezorgd, prima. De pluggen waren niet op voorraad maar gelukkig toch na twee dagen bezorgd via de importeur. Via mail was ik hierover geïnformeerd.

I recently purchased a Nagaoka MP-110 cartridge from HiFi 79 Studio. When it arrived, I noticed the stylus was riding unusually low, and I contacted them about a possible defect. While we did not fully agree on the cause of the issue, they handled my case with professionalism and care. They took the cartridge seriously, sent it for inspection, and in the end arranged a replacement as a goodwill gesture, even though the warranty claim was disputed. The new cartridge arrived quickly, and I installed the stylus in exactly the same way as the first one — this time it performed perfectly.
