I would have given 5 stars, however when I reached out to support and asked why my 16e did not have a SIM slot, they did not actually admit to that, but rather they said "eSIM is better anyway". That is shady. Just admit to it don't talk to me like I'm stupid. I looked up the part number.... I got a US model phone, but we are in the EU? So be careful everyone, if you specifically want a SIM slot on your 16e, go somewhere else because I made the mistake of assuming I'd get an EU model phone because I live in EU, this company is based in EU. The phone was likenew condition and only had 1 charge
