Simple and amazing product. Salts should be just salts, and unlike many electrolyte drinks/ supplements on market with lots of added stuff, I find this superb and easy to use, very similar to LMNT in US. Great for training and replenishing electrolytes. Favorite flavors are Lemon Orange and Strawberry Cherry.
