The organization is helpful and professional in their communication. Many requests also end up in their spam, which indicates that the invitations do not meet spam-avoidance standards. Another challenge is that customers who order through Bol cannot be invited for a review, as Bol has its own review system. However, Bol does not invite every customer, so why shouldn't a customer be allowed to leave two reviews? Update March 7, 2026: WWK has just added a new feature: one-click, which definitely makes leaving a review more accessible. Well done. I'm giving you 4 stars now 😉

User-friendly tool that generates extra trust among our visitors. It also collects reviews for our Google account and displays the total reviews, including those from our Bol and Amazon accounts. Super system!

The company does not take responsibility when things do not go well and does not contribute to credibility or functionality as a webshop owner. If you do not respond in a timely manner because you simply find it a waste of time, there is an immediate threat to stop the collaboration. By the way, I am not impressed. It is a self-awarded quality mark, nothing more, nothing less. In other words: a waste of your money. I am considering cutting this expense from our marketing costs.
